Understanding Your Menopausal
Symptoms

Menopause is never predictable, and it’s not the same for every woman.

From 30% to 80% of women may experience symptoms during menopause

and the first few years after, which is postmenopause. Some of the more

common symptoms include daytime and nighttime hot flashes, vaginal

changes, which can include painful sex, and bone loss that can lead to

osteoporosis. Let’s take a closer look at each of these symptoms so

you’ll know how to identify them and what to expect.
